Booking Procedure

A 50% deposit and a signed lease are required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining 50% is due one month before your arrival.

  • A damage deposit of €800 is required and must be paid at least two weeks before your stay.

  • All payments must be made by bank transfer. Cash and checks are not accepted

What to know before you book

Welcome to our home! We are delighted to offer you a stay that is both seamless and enjoyable. Transparency is at the heart of our hospitality, which is why we share our home policy in advance—ensuring there are no hidden surprises, only a warm and welcoming experience. We invite you to review our guidelines before booking, and should you have any questions or wishes to arrange additional services during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Registration & Guests

  • Confirm the exact number of guests at least two weeks before arrival if there are any changes to your original booking.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

  • Children over the age of 2 are considered adults if using their own bed.

  • If you would like to use a baby crib or high chair (free of charge), please notify us at least two weeks before your arrival.Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Parking

  • A maximum of four cars may park on the gravel driveways, ideally on the side of the house.

  • Additional cars may park in the community lot, located 2 km away.

Trash Disposal

  • All trash must be removed before check-out and disposed of in community bins located by the road.

  • The recycling station is located by the train tracks 2km away, near the grocery stores and we strongly encourage you use it.

Noise & Respecting Neighbors

  • Please be considerate of our one neighbor who might be present if using the barn during the night.

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Children’s Safety

  • Guests must supervise children at all times.

  • You are responsible for any accidents involving minors during your stay.

No Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Pool & Hot Tub

  • The pool is not fenced, and the deepest point is at 1.7m. Use at your own risk.

  • The same guidelines apply to the hot tub, particularly in colder months.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved with the landlord.

  • Approved pets must not disturb the cows in the surrounding fields.

  • Pets must have trimmed nails to prevent floor scratches.

  • Pets are not allowed on the upper floors or in bedrooms due to allergies.

  • Pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or rugs.

  • Pets should not be left alone unless in a carrier or crate.

  • Owners must clean up after their pets.

  • Additional cleaning fees will apply for violations of the pet policy.

Liability & Responsibility

  • The owner and their representatives are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damage to guests or their property.

  • The owner is not responsible for unpredictable disruptions such as water, gas, electricity, or internet outages.
