The House

a home full of character

This is not just another vacation rental—it’s a true home, filled with character and the timeless charm of Belle Époque elegance. Guests often describe it as grand and impressive from the outside, yet warm and inviting inside, where history comes to life in every room. The house remained in the same family from the time it was built until we became its caretakers, and most of the original furnishings are still here. We have lovingly preserved them, blending their historic charm with modern comforts and our own personal touches. The result is a space that feels both authentic and lived-in, offering a stay that is as unique as the house itself.

The 250 sqm house, spread across three levels, offers 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for large families and groups. With a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room, the layout ensures both comfort and privacy. While the house is set up for 16 guests, the flexible bed arrangement allows accommodation for up to 24 people, though with some compromise on privacy. Whether you're planning a family gathering, a retreat with friends, or a special event, this spacious and welcoming home adapts to your needs.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, from high-quality cookware—including locally made Emile Henry ceramics—to a variety of porcelain and glassware suited for both casual meals and more formal dining.

Even on rainy days, there is plenty to do inside. Our family library, filled with books in four languages, is available for guests to enjoy. Children will love the shelves of comic books and classic stories, while board games and toys provide entertainment for all ages. We also offer a carefully curated collection of classic and family-friendly films, and with two TVs, different groups can enjoy their favorite shows without compromise.

During Christmas and winter holidays, the house transforms into a magical retreat. Thoughtfully decorated for the season, it becomes the perfect place for cozy evenings by the fire, festive meals with loved ones, and slow, wintry mornings wrapped in warmth.
